“Once upon a time…
I came across a job opening titled “Chief Finance and Happiness Officer,” and to this day, it remains the best job title I’ve ever seen. Many people would probably smile or even laugh at a position like that, but for me, it sparked something completely unexpected. That single job ad inspired me to write an article about happiness in finance, which later grew into the idea of creating this blog about the finance function, its transformation, its challenges, and its wins.
I’m convinced that finance and happiness can exist together, especially for those of us who are genuinely addicted to finance and working with numbers, strategy, and data. Yes, I’m biased, I’ve always been passionate about finance but I truly believe we’re living in the most fascinating era for the profession. The role of a finance specialist has never been more dynamic, impactful, or exciting. And when you combine this with the curiosity, constant learning, and problem-solving mindset that our field naturally demands, you get a secret formula that ultimately results in the harmony of career in finance and happiness.”

I’m a finance professional with 20 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of numbers, strategy, and business transformation helping organizations plan smarter, adapt faster, and make data-driven decisions with confidence.
I hold a Master’s degree and a PhD in Mathematical Methods in Economics, as well as a Master’s in Business Consulting and Digital Transformation. This combination of analytical depth and strategic perspective shapes the way I approach modern finance: grounded in rigorous modeling, but always aligned with business reality and forward-looking insights.
By day, I lead FP&A initiatives and finance transformation projects, helping organizations connect finance with strategy and growth.
